This demo by Stimulant, integrating Microsoft’s Surface with Apple’s iPhone, is great eye-candy.
Unfortunately, it treats the iPhone like a dumb terminal, and doesn’t attempt to use any of its unique strengths (besides a high-quality screen and WiFi). For this interaction, a Surface-specific implementation of Sony’s Data Tiles would seem more appropriate. Cult of Mac, Ars Technica
